Manual, electro-hydraulic frame press for all applications and size ranges
Both presses are suitable for pressing frame constructions as well as for block gluing. The stable frame and press beam design guarantees perfect pressing of all glue joints even at max. pressing forces of 2,000 kg (RP) or 3,500 kg (T35).
Despite the solid design, operation is extremely simple. Dimension adjustment and conversions are possible without great effort.
The extensive accessory packages make the press a true all-rounder.

Basic configuration

Machine frame in torsion-resistant welded construction, made of thick-walled steel tubes with machined running and guide surfaces
Standard widths RP2000: 3.000, 3.500, 4.000, 4.500, 5.000 mm
Standard widths T35: 3.000, 3.500, 4.000, 4.500, 5.000, 5.500, 6.000 mm
Standard heights: 2.000, 2.300, 2.450, 2.600, 2.750, 3.000 mm
Abutment depth circumferential: 100 mm
Solid continuous abutment on the left with machined, glue-repellent coated contact surface
2 ball-bearing vertical press beams with welded-on guide rail for the press cylinders and fixed welded-on lower abutment for permanent precision,
500 mm bottom spacer for ergonomic placement of smaller components
Double-acting vertical press cylinders height-adjustable in 50 mm increments, 120 mm stroke, self-locking by spring-loaded locking bolt, counterweight for easy height adjustment
Extension rod for large workpiece heights
Press plates coated with glue-repellent plastic
Right-sided, multiple ball bearing mounted carriage, easily adjustable to the workpiece width by means of central locking in 50 mm increments, 2 double-acting horizontal press cylinders with counterweight and clamping screw for stepless and easy adjustment to the workpiece height
Central control panel with sensitive hand lever valves for vertical or horizontal hydraulic circuit, installed on the left, with integrated pressure control valve and main switch
Compact hydraulic unit with pressure relief valve
